Identification Requirements 

Please do not leave your ID at home! Voters must present identification showing their name and qualifying address in order to vote.  

For a complete list of acceptable forms of identification, please go to the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing website.

For both the Advance Polls and Election Day Polls, eligible Haldimand County residents will have the ability to Vote Anywhere, regardless of their ward.

Accessibility 

Haldimand County is dedicated to ensuring an accessible Municipal Election for all voters. Assistive devices will be available at the Hagersville Arena, Grandview Lodge and Caledonia Lions Hall during Advance Polls and at the Cayuga Memorial Arena (McSorley Hall) on Election Day

All Advance Polls and all Election Day Polls are accessible to accommodate wheelchairs. The Cayuga Administration Building has a wheelchair accessible ramp at the front of the building and a service elevator (upon request) to utilize the Prosecutor's Office Advance Polls.
