Bulk Water Depots

Haldimand County has three bulk water depots located throughout the County.  The depots provide hose connections for bulk water collection for business and personal use.

 An application for a bulk water account can be obtained at any County satellite office.  **Please note: tanks used for anything other than potable water are strictly prohibited.**

E-Flyer Program

Be the first to know!  Residents who are interested in receiving electronic updates on water outages and restrictions, holiday curbside collection schedules, HHW events and the recycle2 program can register for the E-Flyer Program.  All you have to do is sign up on our subscription page!  Your e-mail address will be added to a mailing list through which we will provide information updates to participating residents.

NOTE: Your e-mail address will be kept private and confidential and is for Haldimand County use only.

 

User Fees

NOTE: Invoices unpaid 10 days following the due date will result in service disconnection and Bulk Water Account Re-Activation Fee.

Charges will be applied for NSF payments incurred, per the User Fee By-law. NSF payment resulting in an unpaid account 10 days following the invoice due date will result in service disconnection.

 User Fees  

NOTICE TO LAW OFFICES: Effective January 1, 2017, the fee for an Arrears Certificate changes from $15.00 to $15.30 and is HST Exempt.  (Per By-law No. 1749-16 Schedule C)

Wastewater Surcharge Rebate 

In case of a water leak where the water has not re-entered the sanitary sewer system, it is reasonable to consider a rebate for the wastewater portion of the bill, provided certain criteria is met.
