History:
This polychrome masonry structure “duel façade” was built in the mid 1870’s. The west portion, a one-and-one-half storey has elements of the Gothic Revival Style architecture; and the two-storey east portion exhibits features typical of the Italianate of Bracketed Style of architecture.

Features Designated Exterior:

  • The east, south and west elevations including the roofline, windows, doors and porches

Features Designated Interior:

  • Main entrance
  • Spiral staircase
  • Bay window in the east parlour
  • The plaster ceiling medallion in the east parlour
